Comindex – committed to sustainability

This year (2020) Comindex has renewed the certification of the Responsible Care programme we have been part of since 2016.

The programme is a voluntary global initiative from the chemical sector that is applied in more than 60 countries, whereby chemical companies undertake a commitment to continuing improvement of Security, Health and Environmental Protection in all their operations in accordance with the principles of sustainable development.

In addition, in keeping with this commitment to sustainability, for some time we have been engaged in a number of initiatives while considering others in order to meet the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. Accordingly, hereafter Comindex shall solely consume energy from 100% renewable sources, thereby helping to reduce the carbon footprint from our business operations.
