New Ruicheng conductive pigment KW FULITE 59CP

New Ruicheng conductive pigment KW FULITE 59CP

Wednesday, 13 January, 2016
RUICHENG EFFECT PIGMENT has recently developed a new pigment with electrical conductivity properties: KW FULITE 59CP

KW FULITE 59CP is a conductive pearlescent pigment based on natural mica flake coated with antimony doped tin dioxide. It is resistant to acids and alkalis and it maintains its properties until 800ºC degrees. Thanks to its structure, particles are in continuous contact, which benefits a good electrical conductivity.

As opposed to currently used carbon black to improve conductivity properties, KW FULITE 59CP doesn’t provide a dark tone to the finished product. It is light grey and it is easily incorporated to any coating system.

Some of the conductive pigments applications are:
- Antistatic coatings for electronic devices.
- Conductive floorings.
- Antistatic packing materials.
- Conductive surface coatings for plastics.

Zhejiang Ruicheng Effect Pigment Company manufactures pigments for the coatings, plastics and inks industry. Founded in 1999 their pigments are distributed in more than 40 countries.
