COMINDEX in 2020: a very different year

Almost a year has passed since the state of emergency was declared in Spain and we wanted to share with you how it has affected the dynamics of Comindex.

From the outset, we have been quick to adapt to the regulations as they were introduced. The lockdown meant that all of our non-essential office staff began to work remotely. Only the warehouse staff remained in Montornès del Vallès to ensure the smooth delivery of orders, in accordance with strict security protocols.

With regard to personal contact, we ceased all face-to-face meetings and changed them to online meetings in order to not lose contact with you, our client. We also adapted in-person seminars to online seminars in order to maintain, as we do every year, our training provision.

To date, the vast majority of our employees continue to work from home, in accordance with health authority guidance, while our essential team continues to work on-site in accordance with the required security protocols

It would be helpful for us to know how you rate the service that we have given you during this very unusual year, and for this reason we will be sending you a satisfaction survey to gain your opinion of our management during these months. We hope that the situation improves in the forthcoming months so that we can gradually return to normality and be able to have more direct and personal contact with you.
